These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

2. Downloads & Licensing

Where we link to or provide GitHub Desktop installers, these are distributed under the relevant upstream license. Users remain responsible for ensuring compatibility and security of binaries installed in their environment.

  1. Verify checksums when provided.
  2. Follow vendor EULAs and license terms for third-party components.
  3. We are not liable for data loss arising from installation or use.

3. Personal Data & PDPA notice (Singapore)
